Link: Welsh Mushroom Tunnel!

An unused railroad tunnel, built in 1866 and used until 1919, alongside Mt Gibraltar between Mittagong and Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands is the unlikely (yet unbelievably practical) home to Li-Sun Exotic Mushroom Farm which is producing 1.5 tons of mushrooms per week. The relatively controlled climate in this now abandoned railway offers ideal conditions for the growth of a varieties of mushrooms ranging from Shiitake and button mushrooms to more exotic forms such as Shimeji, Wood-ear and Oyster, in total the farm grows ten varieties.
